Critical Thinking for Decision Making and Problem Solving for Leaders

criticalWhen there are multiple possible courses of action to solve a problem or make an improvement, we must critically evaluate each possibility to determine which will produce the desired result.  Although thinking creatively to generate ideas is important, the ability to identify the best ideas is what makes organizations successful!  Although critical thinking comes naturally to some people, it is a skill that can be taught—and once learned, it lasts a lifetime!

This session focuses on utilizing proven processes of solution finding to help you and your team reach your goals and objectives.   Whether you call it logical thinking, critical thinking, judicial thinking, or reasoning, this ability is a powerful asset to any organization.
