Emotional Intelligence for Leaders- Managing Emotional Energy at Work

process_improvement2Research shows that positive energy and emotional control results in high productivity, smart decisions, high retention rates, good morale, and strong teamwork. Studies have shown that raising overall emotional intelligence in an organization positively affects mission achievement. The good news is that whereas your IQ is set in early adulthood, EQ can be developed over the lifespan.

Most of us are well aware that our slip-ups, the emotive overreactions that we sometimes display are holding us back from expressing the leadership traits that we may also have.  This two-day sessions provides tried and proven ways to begin exercising more control over your emotions so that you, too, can inspire confidence and become the leader that you know you could be. This session will provide you with the training that may become the most important seminar you will ever experience.
