Leading the Organization
Leading the Organization helps us identify the characteristics of visionary leaders. We examine how leaders can lose their vision, and develop strategies for maintaining visionary leadership in those situations.
Some statistics say that a staggering 40% of employees don't trust management—and without trust, employees feel a sense of uncertainty, insecurity, and worry that creates a barrier to effective performance. There’s a growing need to build trust in our organization and to find ways to engage employees more fully so they might resist the temptation to “jump ship.”
In Leading the Organization, we examine the elements of strategic planning, develop a strategic intent, and identify the core competencies that set you apart from our competition. As a result of this session, you will solidify your own personal code of ethics by determining your ethical boundaries. You will use your own personal experience and the experience of others to cement approaches in ethical decision- making and look at the challenges of leading leading talented, committed individuals working together in a team effort.
Primary Competencies: Vision, Partnering, External Awareness, Strategic Thinking
Leading the Organization is approved by NASBA for 19 CPE’s
